The LTZ with the turbocharged engine can reach 60 mph from a dead stop in only 8.4 seconds. Pretty quick for a little guy.

This attractive compact looks good on the outside and the inside, and it has a golden personality to go with it. The interior of the 2016 Sonic is an economy car so there's a lot of hard plastic used in the cabin, which like other cars in this day and age, seems normal and actually quite functional and easier to clean than cloth or leather. The cabin was designed to ooze comfort to all who enter. Tall people, short people heavy and thin people all have found a surprising amount of head and leg room and an abundance of comfort in the 2016 Sonic. The dash controls are easily accessible and the gauges can be seen and read without straining or distraction. In fact, with the MyLink touchscreen and voice controls, which includes Siri Eyes Free for iPhone owners, you can drive and talk and control everything in your universe at the same time. Trunk space is more than ample with this size compact. You get 14.9 cubic-feet of space and with the split-folding back seats you get even more room for your cargo. The hatchback model gives you 19 cubic-feet of space without even touching the back seats. However, like magic, if you fold down the back seats you will increase those cubic-feet to 47.7. The 2016 Sonic needs to be driven to be believed. You have to experience the wonderful world of compacts through the comfort and versatility of the 2016 Sonic. You need to feel for yourself the power of small and the excitement of the road from a compact's point of view. Once you drive a Sonic, you will never want to drive anything else.
